ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Kindly ensure all order details are accurate before completing the checkout process. Bebros does not ship orders on weekends or major holidays. All orders are shipped from New Delhi, India.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If the confirmation email is not received within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been confirmed. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or via check mailed to the address provided in your order details. For refunds to the original payment method, please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect on your bank statement.

All orders are reviewed by our security team, and Bebros reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.

Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

PRE-ORDER POLICY:

Items marked as pre-order are expected to ship upon arrival at our facility. Payment for pre-order items is charged at the time of checkout to the provided payment method. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS, or CourierVia. Shipping times provided are estimates and do not include the 72-hour order processing period.

Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to your tracking number, Bebros is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risk is assumed by the courier.
