By using the BEBROS platform and/or initiating a purchase of product(s) on our website, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy without modification. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from transacting on bebros.co
Please note that we may periodically update the terms governing returns, refunds, or cancellations of orders on bebros.co. Each time you use the platform, review this policy to ensure you understand the applicable terms and conditions.

• Exchange & Return Window: We accept exchanges and returns within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once your request is approved, you will receive a notification via your registered email, and our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 48-72 hours.
• Pickup Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt to pick up the shipment twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to our warehouse address. Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
• Quality Check: Upon receipt at our warehouse, the product will undergo a quality check. Once approved, we will proceed with your exchange or return request.
• Exchange Delivery Timeline: All exchange requests are typically processed and delivered within 7-10 working days.
• Stock Availability: If the requested exchange size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product or issue a gift card redeemable at any of our stores or for future online purchases.
• Refunds for Returns: For all returned orders, refunds will be provided in the form of a credit note upon successful quality approval. This will be sent to your registered email address.
• Product Condition: Please ensure that returned product(s) are in their original condition as shipped. Products returned in poor condition or that appear worn will not be accepted.
• Customer Support: If you encounter any issues, please email us with your name and order ID at orders@bebros.co. Our support team is available Monday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We aim to resolve all queries within 24 hours.
• Order Cancellations: Cancellations are permitted for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds. Refunds, if applicable, are issued as gift cards equivalent to the purchase amount, valid for six months. Gift cards are non-refundable and redeemable both online and in-store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange/Return Eligibility:
You may request an exchange or return if:
• The product and/or shipping package is damaged.
• The product is defective.
• Parts or accessories are missing.
To qualify for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:
• The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with.
• The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• The return request is made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
